Imec and Panasonic Introduce Innovative Nanocomposite Electrolyte for Next-Generation Batteries

At the Imec Technology Forum Japan, imec, the world-leading research and innovation hub in nanoelectronics and digital technologies and Panasonic, announced that they have developed an innovative solid nanocomposite electrolyte for next-generation batteries with a lithium ion conductivity several times greater than its liquid equivalent. The ion conductivity already reaches several mS/cm at room temperature.
